We did a tour of the inside of the palace and the grounds. It was absolutely stunning! If you want to see everything it could easily take 5-6 hours. Our highlights was the palace and the chalet. As we were walking back from the chalet we stumbled across a horse barn and learned we could have gone for a horseback ride around the property. If I had known I absolutely would have done it! Unfortunately we were out of time so we could do 2 palaces in one day. I recommend booking in advance!

Quinta da Regaleira is an incredibly charming and beautiful place, a fairytale landscape with mysterious paths, beautiful buildings and a wonderful atmosphere. Everything is well taken care of, there are plenty of people, and you have plenty of time to explore the park at your leisure. Nice café and easy to get there, really worth a visit!
